What we collect
The details you enter in our quote, sample or 3D model request form: company, name, email, phone, country, part number, quantity, requirements, and any drawings or photos you upload.
Technical data our server records automatically, such as IP address, browser type and time of visit, used for security and troubleshooting.
Only with your consent do we load Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to measure page visits and enquiries accepted by our system using cookies with pseudonymous identifiers. These statistics are not fully anonymous.
How we use it
Only to answer your enquiry, send samples, share drawings and follow up on your business with us.
We never sell or rent your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are kept in our internal business system (Feishu/Lark) and on our web server, accessible only to the staff handling your request.
We keep records as long as needed for business and legal purposes and delete them afterwards.
Your rights
Email sales@kangshengelec.com at any time to access, correct or delete the information you submitted. We will act on your request promptly.
Cookies
Analytics is off by default. Rejecting analytics or closing the preference panel does not affect browsing, downloads or enquiries. Where browser storage is available, your choice and its timestamp are saved for 180 days; otherwise your choice applies only to this tab. analytics cookies are also limited to 180 days. Use “Analytics settings” in the footer or on this page to withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops future measurement and clears this site’s GA cookies; it does not automatically delete statistics already sent.
Analytics scope
Measurement uses known public page addresses without query strings or fragments, and only the origin of a referrer. Search terms, names, emails, phones, enquiry contents, attachment names and receipt IDs are not sent to Google Analytics.
A lead event is counted only after the API confirms that the enquiry was accepted. It does not confirm email delivery, a qualified lead or a sale. Advertising features, Google Signals, user-provided data collection and automatic form measurement are not enabled.
Google processes measurement data through its service. You may also use your browser’s privacy and cookie controls.
