Connectors for forklift and material-handling battery packs
Lithium conversions of forklifts, pallet trucks and AGVs put a BMS, cell-monitoring harnesses and charge interfaces inside a pack that vibrates all shift. Kangsheng supplies the board-level blade and high-current connectors used for these internal connections.

Constant vibration and shock
Pack connections see vibration every time the truck moves. Look for positive locking and a contact structure that keeps pressure on the mating part.

High continuous current on the BMS board
Main current paths need wider pitch and larger contact area. Our 3.0 mm and 6.0 mm pitch high-current blade connectors are built for these paths.

Many pack variants, one supplier
